What is the return policy?
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Foliclexhair.com, you may return it for a full refund. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
To receive a full refund, please contact our Customer Service team via email or phone within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). An RMA# is required for all returns. Returned items must be shipped back within 30 days of the purchase date.
Returns requested between 14–30 days after delivery will be issued as store credit only.
Items returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.
We do not offer exchanges by mail.
How to Return Your Item(s)
Returns by Mail
Contact us at service@humexlab.com or call 714-741-0088 to obtain your RMA#. Returns without an RMA# will not be processed.
Clearly write the RMA# on both the Return Authorization Form and the outside of your package. Please include the packing slip inside the package and keep a copy for your records.
Use the original packaging if possible and securely seal the package. We recommend using protective materials to prevent damage. Remove any old labels. We also recommend insuring your package and keeping the receipt.

Please allow up to 30 calendar days for your return to be received and processed. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price and applicable taxes, minus any discounts or credits applied. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
If returning part of a set or kit, only the returned item portion will be refunded.

How much does shipping cost?

Orders placed by 12:00 PM (PT), Monday through Friday, will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
FOLICLEXHAIR offers FREE standard ground shipping on all U.S. orders over $50 (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Guam).
Orders under $50 will incur a $9.99 shipping fee.
Please note that taxes are not included in the order total.
If items are unavailable, shipments may be sent separately. We will notify you if this occurs.

Orders to these locations will be shipped via USPS (Priority Mail or other available services). Additional shipping fees may apply.
